Biography

Wendy Kuohung, MD is the Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Boston Medical Center and an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Kuohung received her medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and has been in practice for over 20 years. She completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at BMC and fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She was a former Reproductive Scientist Development Program Scholar and has received numerous NIH and foundation research grants since 2003, including the 2025 March of Dimes Discovery Research Grant. She has been named one of "Boston's Top Doctors" by Castle Connolly every year since 2015. Her basic research interests lie in placental development and dysregulation in preeclampsia and the microbiome of the reproductive tract, and she has clinical expertise in advanced minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, female infertility, fertility preservation, and third-party reproduction.
