New Process for Instructional Service Needs

Please continue to email emc_roomscheduling_bumc@bu.edu when you request a room and remember to include your Instructional Service requirements as well as your Facilities needs.  Your initial email starts the process of getting you connected to the appropriate staff.

Effective immediately, when you receive the email confirmation for a room with AV equipment/instructional service needs, you also will receive an email from BUMC IT with a Service Now (SN) ticket. The SN ticket links you directly to EdMedia Instructional Services staff that provides Audiovisual, Educational Technology and Instructional Lab services.

Please use the BUMC IT email for any Instructional Service needs related to your room reservation.

The goal with this new process is to increase efficiency as well as improve email and phone communication based on your specific Instructional Service needs.
