Conference Funding

If you are presenting at a conference your presentation represents the work of your research team. All contributors to the research should approve your abstract prior to submission. Conference registration and travel is expensive. Speak with your mentor to learn about financial resources to support your trip. Keep in mind that there are also travel awards offered by the conferences and often these applications are due months before the conference.
