Responsible Conduct of Research
Students in the LEADS Research track & Medical Student Summer Research Program (MSSRP) complete a Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training course during the summer. Students first complete the online modules in Authorship, Data Management, and Research Misconduct available through Boston University’s RCR program Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training.
Students then complete the following in-person workshops:
- Data integrity, power and positionality in the academy
- Authorship & setting expectations within mentoring relationships
- Accountability, peer review, and bias
