Please be sure to review all funding guidelines before submitting a funding request. Failure to do so may result in your request being rejected or delayed!


Requests:

Funding requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the SCOMSA meeting before your event. No retroactive funding will be available. SCOMSA meetings are typically held the first Wednesday of the month, so this means all funding requests must be submitted the Sunday before any given meeting by 11:59 pm.

Reimbursements:

Reimbursement materials must be must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Receipts must be ITEMIZED and have your FULL NAME on them or they will not be accepted.  Please submit your Conference Reimbursements AFTER your event. We are unable to issue reimbursements before an event occurs!

*Please remember that when you submit a request for funding, you should always get an automated confirmation email and a personal confirmation email from the SCOMSA email account stating the meeting at which we will vote on your request. This second confirmation may take a few days. If you do not receive the confirmation email after a week, please email us at scomsa@bu.edu.
