Abstract Submission Form

The Medical Student Research Symposium is Friday, February 13, 2026, 12 pm – 3 pm, Hiebert. The event includes short talks selected by the medical student research advisory committee and a poster session.

All participants should use the form below to submit an abstract by January 30, 2026. All abstracts should be approximately 250 to no more than 300 words and follow the Abstract Guidelines for the Medical Student Research Symposium.

To be considered for a short talk at the Feb. 13 symposium, submit your abstract by January 20, 2026 decisions are made by February 2, 2026.

Resources for Creating Your Abstract & Poster

Do not make your poster longer than 48” in any one dimension.

Medical students who are interested in participating in the February 13, 2026 Medical Student Research Symposium should use this form to submit an abstract and be granted a space to display their poster at the symposium.
