Protein Readers and Imagers
Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Sector Imager 2400A

The Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Sector Imager 2400A uses an ultra-low noise charge-coupled device (CCD) camera with custom-designed telecentric lenses for rapid detection of all Meso Scale Discovery MULTI-ARRAY® or MULTI-SPOT® plates. Meso Scale Discovery MULTI-ARRAY® or MULTI-SPOT® plates utilize electrochemiluminescence to detect binding events on patterned arrays, and are ideal for applications requiring high information content and high throughput. Whether you are multiplexing biomarkers and cytokines or screening kinases, phosphoproteins, ubiquitin ligases, integrins or GPCRs, you will appreciate the simple no-wash formats and minimal consumption of reagents. The SECTOR Imager 2400 reader offers high sensitivity for single or multiple (up to 10) analyte assays involving many complex biological targets and is compatible with virtually any biological matrix.
