Biography
Dr. Budnick grew up in the Cincinnati, OH area, where she went to Miami University for her undergraduate degree. She later attended University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and ultimately Case Western Reserve University for her residency training. After training she began working with the Cleveland VA Medical Center where she also served as an associate program director at Case Western. Much of her work in medical education has been focused on evaluation and assessment, using data to drive programmatic innovative and encouraging the growth of ‘clinician educator’ mindsets amongst residents and faculty. She was thrilled to transition into a role as the program director for the BMC Internal Medicine residency at the start of the 24-25 academic year
