Biography

Dr. Rachel Greenberg is an Assistant Professor of Urology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and a Urologic Surgeon at the Boston VA Medical Center. She earned her Medical Doctorate (MD) from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY. Dr. Greenberg completed her urology residency and a fellowship in Male Sexual Medicine and Reproductive Surgery at Brown University, Providence, RI, where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Greenberg’s clinical expertise focuses on male sexual health, reproductive surgery, and general urology, with a commitment to patient-centered care. Her research interests include workforce diversity in urology and innovative treatment approaches for erectile dysfunction, as evidenced by her publications in Urology and Journal of Perioperative Practice. She has also contributed to book chapters on erectile dysfunction and published case reports in Urology Case Reports. Her work on gender equity in urology has been recognized through her involvement with the Society of Women in Urology.

A dedicated educator, Dr. Greenberg teaches residents and medical students, delivering lectures at Brown University’s Urology Symposium and serving as a teaching assistant in anatomy during medical school. She is an active member of the American Urological Association, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, and Sexual Medicine Society of North America. Her accolades include the Alpha Omega Alpha induction, Brown University’s Resident Research Award, and the Dean’s Excellence in Teaching Award.
