Biography
Since I was a graduate student, I have been committed to educating, training and mentoring biomedical professionals. A a faculty member, I develop training programs that foster career development skills and scientific competencies, and I have extensive expertise in designing and implementing strategies to facilitate and foster career development of biomedical trainees, including underrepresented groups in biomedicine. Some of these innovations are already reflected in academic publications.
