Biography
I am a licensed psychologist affiliated with Boston Medical Center and over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I treat a wide variety of clients who are experiencing challenges and transitions in their lives. I have extensive experience with depression, mood disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia related to stress.My therapeutic style utilizes an evidence-based integrative approach to treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am an active and engaging listener, providing a safe and supportive environment to explore issues and help recognize triggers that may affect behaviors and symptoms.
I provide honest feedback with guidance and encouragement to overcome obstacles by maximizing inner strengths, helping my clients make critical changes in order to move forward in their lives. I believe it is my job to help individuals develop tools they need to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally.
