The Dean’s Office is pleased to announce that Karen Clements has been named Distinguished Staff of the Month for October.

Karen is the administrative manager for the department of urology. She joined the BU/Boston Medical Center community in November 1974.

Her nominators say, “Karen is the glue that holds the department together. She has been working in urology since 1974, and has facilitated most of the major changes in the department since that time.

“Karen is the go-to person when trying to get anything done in the medical school, clinic or hospital.
