Interior work on the student residence is well underway with significant progress in the areas of plumbing, electrical and drywall. Specifically all plumbing has been roughed-in with the exception of the ninth floor, the main electrical pad providing service to the residence is installed, and dry wall work has begun with each floor taking approximately six days to complete.
