Anthony J Mell is the inaugural Ravin Davidoff Health Equity Fellow at Boston Medical Center. Through this fellowship he will study health equity, implementation sciences, and will apply those skills to intervention-based projects. Additionally, he will continue to deliver primary care to the children of Boston through his role as an assistant professor of pediatrics at Boston Medical Center. He completed his pediatrics residency at the Boston Combined Residency Program at Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center. His areas of interest include quality improvement in primary care, implementation science, racial socialization, the care of system involved youth, and the deconstruction of the school to prison pipeline.
