Research Interests – Nutrient and non-nutrient components of diet influence cancer initiation and development in people and laboratory animals. Demonstration of these effects on mammary gland tumorigenesis in rodent models and elucidation of the mechanisms by which they occur are sought in collaborative studies with the Breast Cancer Working Group at BUMC.
