Application for scanner time
Please electronically submit the application below to Dr. Dae-Shik Kim (dskim@bu.edu, 617-414-2361).
IMPORTANT: you will need an APPROVED (final or conditional) IRB or IACUC protocol in order to apply for 3T scanner time. For protocols that are conditionally approved, MRI scans will not be allowed to start until the final approval has been obtained. For all applications, please attach a copy of the IRB/IACUC approval letter (fax: 617-414-2362; or PDF file as email attachment).
