Molecular Genetics Core

Molecular Genetics Core Facility provides DNA Isolation services from different sources, sample storage, whole genome amplification, high throughput PCR and WGA sample clean-up, Picogreen quantification of DNA samples, and high throughput Genotyping. Equipment available in the core includes robotic workstations for sample preparation, high capacity 96 and 384 well PCR machines, and access to a high capacity SNP genotyping system.
