Dr. Craig Noronha Awarded February’s Distinguished Faculty of the Month

The Faculty Affairs Office is pleased to announce that Craig F. Noronha, MD, is February’s Distinguished Faculty of the Month.

Dr. Noronha is assistant professor of medicine and associate director of the BMC/BUSM Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Noronha is a Double Terrier, having received his bachelor’s degree in biology and history from BU in 1999 and his MD in 2003. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Boston Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident. He joined the BUSM faculty in 2006.

A consistently top-rated teacher, he received the Robert Witzburg Excellence in Teaching Award, top educator in the residency program award and recently was inducted into the AOA Honor Medical Society. Dr. Noronha is an expert moderator for NEJM 360, which is viewed by thousands of residents.
