Understanding Behavioral Health System Successes and Failures.

Former Chief of the Behavioral Health Division at the Army Office of the Surgeon General and Army Director of Psychological Health.

In this presentation, attendees will learn how behavioral health systems are organized and function. Attendees will learn about the Army’s experience in transforming its system of behavioral health care and understand how its successes and failures are applicable to other health systems. Attendees will gain insight on key organizational elements shared by successful systems.
