Research Interests

My fellowship in bioinformatics entails using RNA- seq and computational tools to identify gene signatures that can be used to predict TB progression among latently infected individuals.

I am also using computational tools to discover pathways in individuals latently infected with TB, with the hope of applying these skills in TB –HIV co-infection setting.
