Nominations for Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine Representatives for University Faculty Council 2024

University Faculty Council is the representative body of the Faculty Assembly and is comprised of members who are elected to represent their individual schools or colleges. Elected representatives participate in the governess of the university by bringing issues, concerns or suggestions from their schools or colleges. It is a great opportunity to serve and connect with faculty across the university.

Eligibility:
- Faculty with at least half time (0.5 FTE) appointment at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Voluntary, Adjunct and Emeritus faculty are not eligible
Responsibilities:
- Attend monthly Faculty Council meeting
- Attend monthly University Council meeting
Term:
- Two years
Nomination process:
- Self-nomination
- Nominated by other faculty
- Include brief statement of interest
