Research interest: I am investigating new methods to continuously and non-invasively monitor biomarkers that provide a more complete picture about a patient’s health. Biomedical optics is a developing field with a mature theoretical background but immature biomedical implementations. Under Dr. Boas’ guidance I am developing new ways of measuring cardiovascular activity with implications for cortical activations.
