30-min Virtual Vendor Spotlight Sessions

Virtual Vendor Spotlight Sessions will run on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 (schedule TBD). These pre-event sessions are 30 minutes long and allow Vendor demos/presentations to introduce their products, tools, and services, and make connections for follow up.

Full-Page Ads

Advertisement graphics/copy (according to the below specifications) should be loaded into the Vendor Participation Form or emailed to Theresa Davies.  All ad copy is due no later than May 10th to be sure vendor names and ads will be listed/included in the event program.

Our specs for a full page ad are:  PDF format, 300dpi, 7.75” x 10.25” dimensions.

Pricing and Payment

Invoices will be sent after the conclusion of the event and can be paid using a corporate credit card.
