General Submission Requirements

To get ready to submit to the IRB:

• Assemble your documents
  • Study plan
  • Consent/parental permission/authorization forms (see IRB Templates)
    
  • Recruitment material (see Guidance for Recruitment and Screening)
• Make sure everyone on the research team has
  • completed required training (also see How to look up user training information in INSPIR from INSPIR II Instructions for Investigators)
  • filed a Conflict of Interest form(see Boston Medical Center Policy – Significant Financial Conflicts of Interest in the Conduct of Research and Research Support – Conflicts of Interest)
• Know who will sign off as Department Chair or Section Head
• If your study is a clinical trial, contact the Clinical Trial Office
