Thermo-Fisher Scientific Q-Exactive HF mass spectrometer

This instrument was funded by the NIH shared instrument grant program (S10OD021651, J. Zaia P.I) and is used for a combination of glycomics and proteomics projects. The instrument is interfaced to a Thermo-Fisher Easy nLC 1200 UPLC chromatograph. Analysis of glycans and proteins from tissue slides is a primary driver for this instrument.
