CBMS data posted to the Pride Archive:

  1. In order to disseminate expertise in glycoprotein analysis we have posted LC/MS data acquired on human alpha-1-acid-glycoprotein (AGP) and influenza A virus. Data were acquired using an Agilent 6550 QTOF or a Thermo-Fisher Q-Exactive plus instrument.
