Developer Core
Welcome to the Department of Microbiology Developer Core. The Developer Core offers BU investigators the use of a Konica-Minolta SRX-101A developer for film development, whether for:
- chemiluminescence-based detection of proteins in Western Blots, or
- detection of radioactivity in blots.
The Developer Core provides access to the dark room and machine, training for new users, and technical support when needed. There is a fee of $3 per film developed. Investigators must provide their own film.
