Event Details/Accommodations

The event will be held on Thursday, May 22nd, 2014 in Hiebert Lounge from 8:30-3:30pm on the 14th floor of the School of Medicine’s Instructional (L) building at 72 East Concord Street, Boston. For a schedule of the day’s events please visit www.bumc.bu.edu/jmedday.

Should you wish to stay in the immediate area, Boston University has discounted rates a few blocks away at the Hampton Inn:   http://bostonhamptoninn.com.  Call the hotel directly at 617-445-6400 to ask for a Boston University Medical Campus discount.  A discounted rate of $159/night is available.

Ad Details/Spec Requirements

Advertisement graphics/copy (according to the below specifications) should be emailed to Jana Mulkern at jmulkern@bu.edu.  All ad copy and payments are due no later than April 25th to be sure vendor names and ads will be listed/included in the event program before it goes to print. See below for payment information.

Our specs for a full page ad are:  PDF format, 300dpi, black & white, 7.75” x 10.25” dimensions.

Our specs for a half page ad are:  PDF format, 300dpi, black & white, 7.75” x 5.125” dimensions

Info on Vendor Tables

Each vendor will be provided with a 7.5 X 2.5 foot display table. Vendor table displays can be assembled prior to the welcome address at 8:30am or during the workshop sessions from 10-11:30 AM.  Vendors may access the site as early as 7:30am on event day.  Please fill out the Vendor Requirements Form and return to Jana Mulkern at jmulkern@bu.edu. Please contact Jana if you need additional time to set up, as accommodations may also be made on Tuesday afternoon.  (Valuables should not be left in the event space overnight).

Payment

The opportunity to display and network with attendees is $300. Ad space in the event program is $150 for a full page or $100 for a half page. If you wish to both attend the event and purchase ad space, we have a discounted bundled rate of $350 which includes attendance and a full page advertisement.

Please send payment to Jodie Trainor at your earliest convenience, (no later than April 25th.)  Please make check payable to Trustees of Boston University and mail to the attention of Jodie Trainor at the address listed below by April 25, 2014.
