Congratulations to Marisol Lopez, Ed.D., Ph.D.!
Dr. Lopez has earned a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Curriculum Studies and Learning Sciences from Edgewood University in Madison, Wisconsin. Her dissertation research focused on fairness in assessment. She conducted a mixed methods study to explore the interaction between the quality of multiple-choice questions in physiology summative assessments and the student performance on the questions. She also explored the students’ perceptions about the structure of multiple-choice questions in physiology exams.
