• Tell me how you approach diagnosing a complicated patient?
• Tell me about a time when you went “over and above” in caring for a patient.
• Tell me what “caring for patients” means to you personally.

2. Teamwork/Accountability

• Describe your contribution to your team?
• How would you describe your documentation as it relates to timeliness and content?

3. Communication

• Tell me about how you develop rapport with your patients. Provide an example of your effectiveness in developing rapport.
• Tell me about your approach to patient education.
• Tell me about your communication with members of the healthcare team. Provide an example of your effectiveness working within interdisciplinary teams

4. Commitment to personal growth

• Are you comfortable taking feedback?
• Please highlight a time when you received corrective feedback and responded in a positive fashion making the necessary changes/improvements to your performance
• Describe when you analyzed your own performance and created a personal improvement plan.
