Welcome Brianna Neptune to the Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology
Please join us in welcoming Brianna Neptune to the Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology! Brianna is a recent graduate of Simmons University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavior, with a concentration in Biostatistics and Chemistry. She previously interned at the Boston Public Health Commission. In her new role, Brianna will be serving as the DOM Administrative Laboratory Coordinator for Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, and Gastroenterology. She will be responsible for maintaining the daily lab operations of the floor in EBRC including management of tissue culture rooms, dedicated work spaces, and common areas used by investigators. She hopes to learn more about laboratory work and the different projects going on. In her free time, Brianna can be found reading, listening to music, or watching movies (especially Marvel movies)! Feel free to ask her what she is reading currently, if you ever need a good book recommendation!
