An Extraordinary Concert, Oct. 16

The Department of Neurology, the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs and the ARTS Lab at BUMC will present “An Extraordinary Concert” featuring a group of talented individuals who have been successfully treated by the department of Neurology. Their performances, ranging from country and classical to Creole, are dedicated to the physicians and hospital staff who have cared for them, and to the friends and families who have supported them in overcoming their neurological challenges.

Come and witness how the best medical care is that which also heals the provider. The concert will be introduced by Drs. Rafael Ortega and Georgia Montouris, who will briefly describe the intersection of neurology with creative arts.

This free event is open to students, faculty and staff.
