For faculty in Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine space
Assistant, Associate and full Professors in School of Medicine space should send applications for the funding opportunities in the table below to BUSMdean@bu.edu by COB Thursday, Dec. 1.
Include your CV and a one- to two–page application for funding awards or pilot funds for a new idea with a budget of no more than five lines. (Awardees will be asked to submit a more detailed budget.)
Proposals that will lead to NIH funding have highest priority. Other priorities include support for:
- use of the new Data Science Core to generate proposals for NIH grants; and
- collaborations among faculty (e.g. for equipment or other resources).
Awarded funds will be available Jan. 1 for calendar year 2023. Recipients are expected to provide reports at the end of the year for our generous donors.
