Dr. Lillian McMahon awarded Evans Physician Designation Award
Congratulations to Dr. Lillian McMahon who has been awarded the Evans Physician Designation. This honor comes after nomination by her section chief and peers, and subsequent review by a committee of Evans Physicians.
As described in the designation criteria: “Individuals who qualify for this designation possess an exemplary approach to patient care and an unwavering focus on the patient in all aspects of their professional life (including research, teaching, and administration) over time. “Having reviewed the nominating materials, I was deeply impressed by Dr. McMahon’s commitment to her patients, her colleagues, and to advancing our shared mission. I am personally excited to recognize her with this award, having seen firsthand the remarkable clinical work she does—and having learned a great deal from her myself”.
