Eligibility and Application Requirements

Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine or OB-GYN.  Additionally, applicants must be graduates of, or in the final year of an ACGME accredited clinical residency program. For Academic Year 2026 we will be accepting applications through ERAS starting July 3 and participating in the NRMP match program number 4042440001.

The Grayken Addiction Medicine Fellowship will conduct virtual interviews on Thursday afternoons from 12:30-4:15pm EST. We have a structured interview process, and applicants will meet with four faculty and one fellow after attending our addiction medicine didactics. We will begin to send invitations in mid August. Our interview dates are: September 12, 19, 26, October 3 and 10. Applicants will be put on the waitlist if their preferred interview date is full.

OB/Gyn Addiction Track

We are currently accepting applications outside the match for interested in the Grayken Addiction Fellowship program designed specifically for OB/GYNs. Please submit the APPLICATION to linda.neville@bmc.org.
