Jan. 3 Deadline for 2025 Pilot Grants, Other Awards
Unmodified Assistant, Associate, and full Professors in school of medicine space should send applications for the funding opportunities in the table below to CAMedDean@bu.edu by COB Friday, Jan. 3, 2025.
Include your CV and a one- to two-page application for funding awards or pilot funds with a budget of no more than five lines. (Awardees will be asked to submit a more detailed budget.)
Proposals that will lead to NIH funding have highest priority. Other priorities include support for:
- Collaborations among faculty (e.g. for equipment or other resources.
- Proposals that include $4,000 slots for medical student summer research.
- Funds for use of the Data Science Core.
Awarded funds can be used for calendar year 2025. Recipients are expected to provide reports at the end of the year for our generous donors.
