Staff Wellness

The Program for Integrative Medicine and Health Care Disparities offers several staff wellness initiatives.

Resilience and Mindfulness for Clinicians: In collaboration with the BU Faculty and Staff Assistance Office and the BMC Wellness program, we are offering an 8-week resilience and mindfulness course for clinicians. Its purpose is to enhance health care providers’ satisfaction with their work, improve the care giver – patient relationship, advance the quality of health care, and improve collaborative teamwork. It is adapted from the Mindful Communication curriculum developed and tested by physicians at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. To learn more and to sign up, please visit the course website: http://www.bumc.bu.edu/wellness/resilience-and-mindfulness-program/
