  • Back pain that last for more than 3 months is called chronic low back pain (CLBP).

  • This type of back pain affects 5-10% of U.S. adults annually.

  • People with CLBP can have trouble doing many everyday activities.

  • Research suggests that physical therapy, yoga, and education may all be effective for low back pain management.

  • Back to Health will examine how these three treatment options compare to each other and if the benefits of these treatments can be maintained.
