Participants assigned to the physical therapy group meet one-on-one with a physical therapist for 15 sessions over 12 weeks

After 12 weeks of physical therapy sessions, participants are randomly assigned to either 5 physical therapy booster sessions over a 40 week period or physical therapy home practice for 40 weeks.

All physical therapy classes and supplies are provided at no cost.
