Back pain that last for more than 3 months is called chronic low back pain (CLBP).
This type of back pain affects 5-10% of U.S. adults annually.
People with CLBP can have trouble doing many everyday activities.
Research suggests that physical therapy, yoga, and education may all be effective for low back pain management.
