Boston University Addiction Medicine Fellowship

Eligibility and Application Requirements

Thank you for your interest in the Boston University Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program!

Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis between 18 months to 6 months prior to the start of the fellowship.

Interested applicants must be board certified or board eligible  in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics or OB-GYN. Additionally, applicants must be graduates of, or in the final year of, an ACGME accredited clinical residency program.

Interested applicants should complete the BU Addiction Medicine Fellowship Application, which includes:

• Addiction Medicine Fellowship Application Form
• Personal statement of interest
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
