Research

My research endeavors have been driven by systems biology, a multidisciplinary approach that seeks to unravel complexity, rewire physical and functional connections, and understand the mechanisms governing biological systems. Current projects focus on:

1. Mapping protein-protein, protein-metabolite/lipid interactions, and phosphoproteome linked to Alzheimer’s disease progression and other neurodegenerative diseases.

2. High-resolution LC-MS-based integrative metabolomic, lipidomic, and proteomic platform development and application.

3. Discovering disease-associated native protein complexes using mass spectrometry.
