Ekaterina Kintsurashvili, Ph.D.

Research Assistant Professor of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics

Research:

My current research interests include signal transduction in human disorders and epigenetic mechanisms of chronic pain. To develop novel treatments for neurological diseases, I use gene editing tools that specifically target the peripheral nerve tissues and study critical protein interactions that contribute to pathological pain states.
