Inosine Research Study in Parkinson’s Disease

PARKINSON’S DISEASE DRUG STUDY

We are conducting a multicenter randomized clinical trial to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Inosine in slowing the progression of Parkinson’s Disease.

If you have any of the following:
• Tremors or shaking
• Slowed movements
• Small handwriting
• Stiffness
• Poor balance or problems walking
All of these may be symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.

You may qualify for this PD drug study if you:
• Have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s within the last 3 years or if you are experiencing some of the above symptoms
• Not on any PD medications other than rasagiline (Azilect) or selegiline (Deprynl)
• Do not have a history of gout or kidney stones
