Agilent QTOF Mass Spectrometers
An Agilent 6510 QTOF mass spectrometer was installed in February, 2008. This instrument is interfaced with a chip-based chromatographic interface. The HPLC chips have a trapping cartride, 75 μm internal diameter column, valves, and spray tip. This instrument is used primarily for glycomics applications.
An Agilent 6550 QTOF mass spectrometer was installed in January, 2013. This instrument is interfaced with a chip-based chromatography interface and is used primarily for proteomics and glycoproteomics studies.
An Agilent 6560 Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) QTOF instrument system was installed in May, 2014. The system has a chip chromatography interface and combines an ion mobility drift cell with a high performance QTOF mass analyzer.
