Dr. Shuaiying Cui Receives Sickle Cell Disease/Advancing Cures (SCD/AC) Grant Supplement from Doris Duke Charitable Foundation

Congratulations to Dr. Shuaiying Cui who recently received the Sickle Cell Disease/Advancing Cures (SCD/AC) grant supplement from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. The purpose of the additional funding totaling $77,000 is to examine the effects of two novel HbF inducers targeting on PGC-1a in human primary hematopoietic progenitor cells.
