GIM Winners of the BMC Be Exceptional Awards
The 2026 Be Exceptional Awards are given annually to honor individuals and teams who go above and beyond to advance BMC’s mission and goals. Sai Sankeerth-Madakasira, a clinical research coordinator for a GOUT study in the Section of GIM, received an individual award, and the Emergency Department Addiction Consult Team, a partnership between GIM and emergency medicine, received a team award.
