Thank you for your interest in the cardiovascular fellowship at Boston Medical Center. Our fellowship program is an ACGME-accredited program that combines both clinical training and an intensive research experience. This dual commitment to excellent clinical training and an intensive research experience is designed to position our trainees for productive careers in academic and/or clinical cardiology.
- Clinical training takes place over 24 months between our two main institutions, Boston Medical Center and the VA Boston Healthcare System.
- Research training is provided with up to 8 months of research elective time in the third year to pursue original research in cardiovascular diseases under the direction of a faculty member.
In addition to the standard curriculum, our program provides you with resources and support to tailor your training to pursue your interests and achieve your professional goals.
