Plagiarism Detection for Faculty

Boston University has a license with Turnitin, which can help faculty check the citation of their work.

BU offers two options to access the tool, namely Draft Coach (a BU Google Docs extension) or via an “Assignment” in Blackboard. Read the Plagiarism Detection for Faculty documentation for instructions on how to check for Similarity Score using Turnitin.

Note: The Draft Coach Google Docs Extension is not available in a personal Google account. If you can’t log-in Google Docs via BU Kerberos Authentication, request access to Google Apps. If you don’t have access to Blackboard, create a ticket requesting a Blackboard profile by sending an email to ithelp@bu.edu.
