BUSM Parkinson’s Partners Highlighted by APDA

The American Parkinson Disease Association’s Chief Scientific Officer, Rebecca Gilbert, MD, PhD has written an article featuring the Parkinson’s Partners program at Boston University School of Medicine, a program which pairs medical students with people with Parkinson’s.

Dr. Gilbert spoke with faculty members Stephanie Bissonnette, DO, MPH, and Katelyn Bird, MD, of the BUMC Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Center, and BUSM 4th year medical students Taylor Francoeur and Max Rosenthaler to learn more about the benefits of Parkinson’s Partners for the participants with Parkinson’s, as well as their student partners.
